We understand dental work can be costly here is a way we can help for patients that have no insurance coverage.
Plan Cost:
- Individual $175.00
- Each addt’l $75.00
What the plan offers:
- No charge for ALL examinations
- No charge for ALL x-rays
- ONE no charge adult or child prophylaxis “basic cleaning”
- or Periodontal Maintenance
- 20% off most other dental treatment
Exclusions:
Additional person MUST be in the same household and included in the plan on the same day. Full Mouth Debridement is not included in the no charge cleaning. Bleaching services, bite splits, and any orthodontic treatment (i.e. invisalign or six month smiles). Cannot be used in conjunction with any other dental plans or insurances.
